It did work for me. I also did a rebuttal at the NARSUM stage concerning my migraines. Honestly, my DBQs didn't hold much weight. My medical records were enough evidence for higher ratings than most of the DBQs reflected.

Your PEBLO probably just dropped the ball on calling or emailing you with the FIT/UNFIT decision. There isn't any formal document, just an email or phone call.

Figured I would throw up a timeline if anyone needed it for comparison. My MEB/PEB seems like it's moving decently fast, even though I'm on an AFB and going through Stewart. I am an AD Army CW3 at over 20 years.

Update: I was found unfit eventhough I had signed retirement orders in hand. Since the orders were signed/dated after the MEB began, presumption of fitness did not apply.
