My attorney notified me at the beginning of the month that an analyst was assigned to my case and we should be expecting a decision within several months(however long that may be) my case has been in ABCMR for 17 months now.
My attorney at NVLSP found out that my case has not been assigned to an analyst. In other words my case has been on the shelf for 12 months. Mind you my application was mailed to ARBA in December 2020 and took 5 months to be docketed on top of a 24 month wait period to get a decision that my...

I’m assuming ABCMR is slower than the previous review board my case was under. Total 29 months. 5 months to file my application and the. Another 24 months of review.
Sending my application to ARBA it took 5 months to be filed into receipt. On top of that it took 24 months of review to get this letter I posted. Since this letter it’s going on 12 months being reviewed by ABCMR. Total 41 months pending a decision.
Has anyone else got this sort of letter stating their case will be expedited and not meet the deadline? If so how many months over until you got your decision?
The 18 month deadline passed and my case is still not completed. I get the same answers.

my attorney argues that the Army psychiatrist notes reflect my records done by the VA C & P exam notes done by a different psychiatrist in 2015. He believes I should have been referred to a med board and believes I should have been informed about my ptsd symptoms and be referred for tests or...
