I want to say it should be after terminal from what I was told. Also my PEBLO said the ODC will only help DoD reconsideration. If that's the case once im on terminal im going to immediately start looking into refiling my VA claims.

Some updates 28 Sep 2022- VA website showed case had been updated 21 Oct 2022- VA website showed case closed 27 Oct 2022- Email notification stating my PEBLO had my rating etc. 28 Oct 2022- PEBLO called me and scheduled my brief with him on Mon @ 1000 for rating etc. Wish me luck!

Honestly I have no clue. My case said it was updated on 28 September, but of course now my case in completely gone. I called VA yesterday and talked to peblo and both were vague by saying my case is at the VA.

I'm hoping as well. Myself and 3 other members went through the MEB at the same time and I'm the only one still waiting. Crossing my fingers I'll hear something within the next couple weeks.

That's awesome! What if the VA rated you say 10% for the condition that separated you and the Air Force rated you at 0%. Would you have to pay the full severance or would there be a smaller amount owed back?

So from my what PEBLO told me is they use to garnish all of your disability until it's paid off, but supposedly it's changed and now they take a % every month. Don't sure the accuracy of this but that's what they told me during my MEB orientation back in June.

I'm curious as well. I had 29 claims and my case file was little over 300 pages. Been over 2 months since I've signed my 618.
