**UPDATE**

Medical Conditions:
Psoriasis – ~20% BSA. Recently started Humira (40mg biweekly) on 26 Sept 2025, with intent to continue indefinitely.
Glaucoma – moderate (~60+%) visual field loss in right eye. Already coded with a long-term C-code...
What has been your solution to the refrigeration requirement when TDYing?
I also work a mostly desk job, but we have heavy deployment and TDY requirements. From talking to some of my leadership the logistical constraints put a big burden on the unit. However it’s still up in the air what their...
Are you able to deploy or TDY with the C-code?
I’m very confused as to their decision making with humira cuz there are a dozen people on this forum who have been separated just for humira, and then there are cases like yours.
Were there any factors that you think led them to return you versus...
UPDATE
04 Dec 2025 - AMRO initiates IRILO process
According to my PEBLO, the PCMs are taking about 1 month to write up summaries. Looking at submitting IRILO sometime in January
I appreciate the input. I’m tracking the 30/60% discrepancy, but willing to do a VARR sometime in the future when necessary. I plan on working after service anyways, and any VA benefits are just a bonus.
My PCM seems to be surprisingly uninformed on my medication and the VA. 80% of my...
That sounds reasonable. My underlying condition is stable (Psoriasis/Psoriatic Arthritis), but I’m already experiencing major limitations for my job because of the requirements of the medication.
I have been passed up for 2 big TDYs because it’s not realistic to send me anywhere. I’m having a...
I’ve done extensive research on the forum, and it seems the most likely outcome for others has been
FULL MEB —> UNFIT —> Retirement
However it seems like both my PCM and CC are wanting to push for retention and telling me that is the likely outcome.
It’s been very confusing seeing the data...
My current squadron commander denied my request for a PCA back to my parent unit and appears adamant on a Retain recommendation for my up coming CIS; whereas my parent unit is willing to support a Do Not Retain.
What are my realistic chances of being returned to duty at the IRILO, if my PCM and...
Is it possible and or FEASIBLE to do a SkillBridge across the country from where my MEB is being processed?
Am I able to coordinate via email, and do my C&P exams at a clinic near my SkillBridge location?
Or is the only feasible option to do an online/local SkillBridge where I’m at?
Is it worth it/am I able to ask my PCM if they can just go ahead with an IRILO at the next AMRO?
They are talking about waiting until I show stability on my new medication, but I have had zero issues or complications and it’s already greatly improved my quality of life!
I don’t want to have...
Oh wow! Is that what you were hoping for? Did your PCM or team say anything about how the IDES process will or be delayed with the Shutdown? Or are they going to begin processing your MEB as normal?
Hey y’all,
I recently started Humira for Psoriasis/PsA. My PCM is tracking and i think they are writing up my AMRO package.
What is the likelihood that the AMRO sees Humira/Biologic injection and decide to push me to a IRILO V.S. Kicking the can down the road?
I am responding well to Humira...
Hey all,
I wanted to share my situation and timeline in case anyone has been through something similar, and to hopefully get some perspective as I begin the MEB process.
