Got my PDRL message today. Admin submitted the salesforce case for my orders. I’m out 17APR. I called about 3 business days later and just told them my claim closed and asked if they could send my findings since I was on travel. It took 4 reps before one of them agreed to send it.

Yes. Your separation package/checklist needs blocks 1-17 filled out and the PDRL message. Admin can use that to submit and get your orders started. You can finish the rest of rest stuff as you can.
