    So I received my VA proposal today. Now that I have reduced that what’s the next step?

    Would I be wrong to think the next step is going back to the PEB for DA199 generation? Please advice

    MEB is quick it’s the PEB that gets you, took less then a week if I can remember for MeB

    Also my PEBLO is saying my mental health condition I am being referred for is not “service related” so I can’t get DOD & VA disability. What do I need to do to prove it’s service related because I believe they don’t know what they are talking about because it is not pre-existing condition (they only know about the disability I was referred for not what I am claiming)

    When it comes to mental, you have to show a trail i.e. going to behavioral health, or show that you been prescribed at least two different SSRI medications. It sucks but you have to show a trial when it comes to this process.
    And if you do have a trail just get with your doctors to get documentation
