Thanks everyone. I'll post updates as they come up moving forward with the separation process. It should be pretty strait forward, but for the sake of a timeline i'll post it all.
Results are in. 80 dod, 90 va TDRL. Exactly what my attorney figured from the beginning. Running my da199 thru my attorney next week some time and hopefully separation process will begin shortly after if she agrees with the findings that is.
Method, I'm in the Army stationed out of Fort Hood. I certainly hope my proposed rating come back to the PEB and back to me sooner than later. I'm ready for this process to be done.
Quick update. My eBenefits status changed to PENDING DECISION APPROVAL this afternoon. It seems like everyone that has come before us is right, i ain't over until you its over.
This morning i woke up and checked my eBenefits and noticed that there is a claim for Automotive Adaptive Equipment under review. I didn't file for this type of claim. Does anyone know what this means and why its there if i didn't file it?

Yes i am. I'm about 3 months into the process and my status on eBenifits changed to preparation for decision on Friday. I guess the waiting will continue until further notice. Thanks for the info.
