Has anyone experienced an initial RTD during Air Force RILO process, followed by a Full MEB recommendation at the annual review? How did it get to that point?

Interesting. I know I will not take well to the CPAP and I am looking for an implant called Inspire, worth a google. I am also a flyer and expect to have to get a "combined waiver" as well. Trying to get back to work while also not saying everything is fine now.

Has anyone been sent to an MEB for sleep apnea? I understand it usually is not a board-able condition but was curious if anyone has gotten to an MEB solely based off obstructive or central sleep apnea.

How did you get your PCM or another doc to resubmit for a reconsideration after a return to duty ALC 2 code?

From my understanding, once that FL4 comes back, it starts to move fairly quick. It's roughly a 6 month window total after that. Not much more waiting. You'll get that form back, get set up with a VA rep (MSC), they'll schedule your VA exams, you do those and then get your rating. The DOD has...

You are going to be waiting a while. They are currently working on somewhere between 13 Feb and 18 Feb right now. You probably have 3-4 weeks left to wait. Could be less though if they make up case dates, impossible to tell.
