CIF has been cleared. It was a matter of waiting on a leave/PTDY DA31 to get sent all the way up to Brigade for the O6 to sign. Can't get orders or submit an out-processing packet for clearing papers without it and it's inching close to my 30 days of having to start terminal leave.

I'm really glad you were able to but it didn't really answer my question. I may have one or two days to clear max which is why I was asking whether anyone knows how that would work. Unless everything falls into place, everyone is at their office and available to clear me, I doubt I'll make it.

The VA website won't update for a while. However, you can call them and they will email you a proposed rating letter if they've come up with a percentage. I had a proposed percentage well before the PEB phase.

I'm going on almost two months. Found out my 199 was signed several weeks ago and awaiting distro. There's no set timeline right now from what I've seen on here.

Not at Campbell but my stuff has been in PEB findings for about a month now. Some seem to get their 199's within a couple of weeks but there are a lot of folks on here who were waiting on them since December. There doesn't seem to be a set timeline and I would definitely not put much stock in...

I just emailed the PEB mailbox listed on the HRC website. We shall see. VA is done. I called them and they're waiting on the Army.

Who did you contact to bring up the 199 taking too long? Was it just repeated calls to your PEBLO or is there any other recourse to address it?

I have a friend whose steps closed just a few days after me and he got his 199 already so I really don't know how they're processing packets. I'm hoping by the end of March though which seems reasonable.

Last I heard from my PEBLO a couple of days ago is that 199's are taking a month or more. My IPEB/VA steps were completed mid-Feb.

Congrats! Did your PEBLO give you a rough estimate of days from 199 being signed til terminal leave? I just heard back from mine after several unanswered messages. He's saying that there's a backlog with 199's blah, blah...a month or so to get it. Not surprised.
