My case was submitted on 6 August (183 days ago) and assigned to a MO on 13 Sept (145 days ago). Still with the MO. Haven’t moved to the Presiding Officer yet. This whole “first come first served” that the PEBLOs talk about is total BS. Lol. It’s just like the military though to lie to your face...
Was your case sent to the PEB in June or was it assigned to a Medical Officer on the PEB in June? If it was sent to the PEB in June it may not have been assigned to a MO until July.
