MSC is supposed to discuss it with the supervisor. It was a referred condition that is included in my PEB but left out of VA final rating. Initially I was told to file another claim, but now they say give them a few days to try to figure it out. We will see....

So I have been rated 90% Dod and have a retirement date of 03 Feb 21. VA ratings should be 100% based off PEB and previous ratings; 60/50/30/Left arm 20/Right arm 20/20/10. VA ratings came back 90% missing the 30% condition. Additionally, they dated them all effect 15 Oct 2020...
IF the Army finds out, they COULD process you under Chapter 7 administrative separation secondary to fraudulent entry.... or they could deem you unfit due to a condition that EPTS and discharge you under medical....or they could process you through the MEB, either finding you fit or unfit as if...
I can only assume, based on what my case manager told me, that there will be back pay to the date of the claim for those of us that were "veterans" and had dd214's at the time of IDES. Let's hope! That should be about 20+ grand for me!
Mine were sent to me by the PEBLO from United States Army Physical Disability Agency. I am completely cleared from my unit and placed in a Medical Transition Unit, so the only clearing I have left to do is the retirement out briefing.

How would one calculate high three base pay for a guardsman? I see what you are saying but also see what my DA 199 states. 75% of monthly base pay...or percent of the retired pay base.
I was pretty much told that I will get 75% of my base pay which is my current rank and years of service using my retirement points divided by 360. That would make me O3E with 8 years of service.
