The waiting game for the 199 begins. At this point the VA has sent your DOD ratings to PEB.

I would recommend you put in an expedited memo once you get a job offer and your case would move faster that way you won’t have to go to all that trouble.

It really depends on your examiner, mine took about 5days to be uploaded. Don’t worry you’ll get them eventually.

Am in the same limbo was found to be unfit by the PEB on February 8 and my Peblo hit me with a 1-3 month timeline which is overrated. I think its gonna be a 2-3 week wait hopefully sooner. Looking at other timelines previously posted most of them got their 199 after 10 days max.

I didn't sign the 199 yet. I called VA today and they told me those are proposed ratings sent to PEB. Unfortunately, she didn't email them to me so am waiting to hear from my peblo.

I tried to look at ebenefits after reading your previous post but mine states 0 documents have been uploaded. I will probably try my luck tomorrow with the 1-800 number

Every case is different hang in there, your results will come back eventually.

Thats crazy, hopefully you get in touch with the Doc on Monday. Remind them to expedite this request because its their fault.
