I am not too sure on that. My original EAOS was 10MAY and it got pushed to 21MAY. I didn't even question it. I am on the PDRL list so maybe it's different?
My original EAOS was 10MAY and got pushed to 21MAY. I didn't have to get an extension beforehand but I'd say if you are cutting it close, then talk to your admin dep. I had 30 days of leave and I got 20 days PTDY as well.
UPDATE** 03/23/2026: PDRL message came through, retirement date set to 21MAY2026. Terminal starts 03APR2026.
Thank you to everyone who helped me navigate this process on here. This will be my last post unless I have questions.
UPDATE** 03/02/2026: Official findings have been sent to my Peblo. I was told I will receive a phone call to go sign the official findings in the next day or two.
My case was submitted to the PEB on 17NOV and took a total of 105 days to get findings.
Yeah, the funny part about that was it was only supposed to be a 2-day thing. My provider and his team ghosted me after I sent the request and hit me with the "He just went on vacation for 3 weeks"
Hey chat, just wanting to give y'all an update which is I STILL have not received my findings yet. My case has been with the PEB now 100 days (17NOV).

Sounds like the...
I believe that means your case file is in the final administrative review phase before results are officially released to your Peblo. If you have all your ratings, then it should be literally any day now you get official findings.

From my understanding, the VA rating alignment is just the PEB aligning the VA ratings to your referred conditions to know if you will be separated, retired, PDRL, etc. So, I don't think it is a bad thing. Just one of the last steps in the process.
