CRSC Calculation + Questions

Unless you were active guard or reserve as in full time its based on points. So whatever your total points would be divided by 360. that is how you determine your actual time in service with guard and reserve. The two years and change you provided earlier might already be the points divided by 360.
 
so i was getting paid for ten years for drill but i only get 2 yrs retirement
 
ok off subject.

who do i contact to file a complaint with my branch of service and HRC. i’ve left messages, emails nothing and it’s been over two weeks

Try your one of your Congressmen or your local RSO as I had mentioned before
 
first i would like to thank everyone who’s helped me. alittle update i’ve filed an IG complaint on the person from my state guard. he was so unprofessional took 14 days to get an email only to not get any help from him. no one in his office answers the phone.

Now this is per dfas I don’t need a retirement account when i file for CRSC. I can share what they said from ask dfas

can someone walk me through the filing. do i need to fill out multiple CRCS forms for each condition?

HRC will verify that you have a retiree account, as you absolutely DO need a retiree account to show what the VA is offsetting. DFAS is totally incorrect in that statement. CRSC is only awarded if the VA is offsetting one's retirement, that's the whole purpose. So for someone at DFAS to state that is worthly of either a Congressional or an IG complaint there as well. Sorry, but that's the sad truth.

As for the form, if you use the one I'm attaching below, you will see a "Duplicate" button at the bottom. That adds an additional Page 2 sheet and you can do that for each and every condition that you are claiming. just an update to all of my madness. after saying i would file a ig complaint and getting my representative involved my branch of service actually sent everything to dfas like ive been asking them to do this whole time.

Another update mypay account is up and application for CRSC is in queue as of march 25th.

So I have my ras info would that CRSC calculator that I found give me a ballpark of what my CRSC pay will be. It should be a given due to the pac act
