I currently have a lawsuit in the Court of Federal Claims challenging how the Navy adjudicates diabetes claims. The case has not been decided and will not likely be for a year or more. Not sure what information you are looking for. If I can provide without running into confidentiality issues, I will try to answer.

I am trying to gather any pertinent information such reasoning why a Type 1 diabetic should be entitled to a 40% rating versus the typical 20%, I know and I'm sure you know but some attorneys ,ought not. Alson my doctor refuses to put this in my medical records to make it official but in turn offers me a note to take to work. A doctors note is not official and to me putting the addendum in my record would be.

And is basically an unofficial answers to what I requested. I informed him of work related activities that put me in a hypoglycemic state but I guess that's not good enough. I also requested high blood pressure as a secondary condition for Type 1 Diabetes which the VA treats but they also denied me for that. The reviewer says he doesn't have any evidence
