My last exam was 21 March and I didnt sign my NARSUM until 20 APR. You're within the standard timeline.

My claims closed on 04 May and I signed my findings on 24 May. Experiences may vary.

Whatever day you and your MSC filled out and signed the claim paperwork is the day your case is opened.

I would expect around 20 days from when ratings closed to get your DA199.

I think there is bad communication about where you are at in the process. Your case won't get sent to the VA until you've signed your MEB findings.

Are you waiting on your NARSUM? Your case doesn't go to the VA for ratings until you've accepted MEB findings. I had to wait 30 days from my last appointment to my NARSUM being signed and submitted.

I was just lucky, i signed my DA199 and about 3 hours later garrison contacted me. My PEBLO said that could be between a few hours or a few days, depending on who is working at the installation office.

As far as leave goes, after you get your DA199 your installation will contact you with a NLT than date. That is the date you can use to calculate your leave. I submitted my leave form for signatures the same day I signed my DA199.

My PEBLO informed me today that I qualify for CRSC based on my unfit condition. I am very confused about what is meant by High-3. I've been in for 6 years this July, the past 34 months as an E-5 and recently promoted in April 2023. Where can I go to find High-3 information?

UPDATE MAY 24: DA199 Signed 70% DoD/80% VA To anyone starting to spiral mentally like I have been the last few weeks, hang in there...there is a light in the tunnel.

They are deciding what to rate you. It's confusing but yes they are rating you.

If the VA is rating you, you've been found unfit for at least one condition.

My claims closed on 04MAY, and I am still waiting on my DA199. I have the same anxiety you're experiencing, hang in there, only a little bit longer to go.

Because we are going through the IDES process, the VA doesn't normally send out their proposed rating letter at this step in the process. What you can do is call the VA and hope you get someone that will send you a VASafe email with the proposed ratings letter. If the person on the phone doesn't...

I was told 60-90 Days as well, but I don't understand how I see people getting their DA199 and they were submitted after me. Just makes me wonder how their workflow actually functions...
