    I think there is bad communication about where you are at in the process. Your case won't get sent to the VA until you've signed your MEB findings.

    Are you waiting on your NARSUM? Your case doesn't go to the VA for ratings until you've accepted MEB findings. I had to wait 30 days from my last appointment to my NARSUM being signed and submitted.

    I was just lucky, i signed my DA199 and about 3 hours later garrison contacted me. My PEBLO said that could be between a few hours or a few days, depending on who is working at the installation office.

    As far as leave goes, after you get your DA199 your installation will contact you with a NLT than date. That is the date you can use to calculate your leave. I submitted my leave form for signatures the same day I signed my DA199.

    My PEBLO informed me today that I qualify for CRSC based on my unfit condition. I am very confused about what is meant by High-3. I've been in for 6 years this July, the past 34 months as an E-5 and recently promoted in April 2023. Where can I go to find High-3 information?

    Because we are going through the IDES process, the VA doesn't normally send out their proposed rating letter at this step in the process.     Can we infer IPEB determination is "unfit" based on the VA step you are on?
