It was my PCM who initiated the MEB. I have never been LIMDU. Spondylolisthesis is my referred condition then my Neurologist added Migraines later on, both are found unfit.

I just emailed my MSC and he told me to contact my PEBLO so I don't think he'll be of any help.

It's under case status. You need to log in to MNP and there should be a drop down on your name.
