UPDATE: My command never notified my PEBLO that they removed the flag on my account. I made her aware that the flag was removed and now just waiting on the USAPDA to confirm the findings and push case to transition.

UPDATE: The flag didn't affect my case until I reached the phase where it was time for my orders t o be published. My orders couldn't be pushed out with the flag on my solider profile. My PEBLO got in contact with my commander, and he was able to remove the flag.
