I completed MEB phase and my NARSUM was sent out to begin PEB phase 15 days ago, however, last I spoke with my PEBLO they mentioned that my case was flagged.
I was chapter 13'ed (unsatisfactory performance) prior to my MEDBOARD and then field graded article 15'ed (for an FTR and a refusal of a Captain's orders that happened over half a year ago) shortly after my MEDBOARD was approved. The article ended up being suspended until August 04 2026, but I am still flagged for adverse action (suspension of favorable actions).
Does this bring my MEDBOARD process to a halt? Or does the PEB phase continue in parallel to the adverse action flag, suspended article, and chapter process? Will I continue getting updates from PEB regarding my case or will they stop moving forward with my case because of the adverse action flag, suspended article, and chapter? It seems as if my command is trying to make my MEDBOARD process as difficult as possible.
