So they found you unfit (as a whole) and you’re still separating, but they found you at 10% for your hip. Is that what you mean?

Did they tell you why or how you were found fit? Can’t you appeal that and resubmit it

Well my package/commander stated that I should not be retained or remain In service. Her impact statement basically screams kick me out. But my referee condition is only 1 and it’s radiculopathy. What are my chances of being found fit?

But even if the DOD rated you less than 30% you were still rated unfit, so you still separate and get your 90% from the V.A. right? Are you just fighting because you want your retirement?
