Hey all, Anyone have any idea what the box 22b means on the 618? There are options for Continued AD, Sep/Ret, EPTS, and other? It also has referred to IPEB checked? Any help would be great.

I have lost all ability to have patience with this process. I have been calling every day to get an update after my last appointment on March 28. They kept telling me it was with QA, and today I found out they lost the appointment and I have to redo the whole thing. But they won’t let me...

I had my last appt on the 28th and it still hasn’t been loaded. QTC keeps saying it’s with QA. Is this a normal timeline?
