I have lost all ability to have patience with this process. I have been calling every day to get an update after my last appointment on March 28. They kept telling me it was with QA, and today I found out they lost the appointment and I have to redo the whole thing. But they won’t let me schedule. Four weeks of stress for nothing. They tell you they care, not sure they could care less.
I’m so frustrated. It feels like this literally crushed me. Sat in an empty office crying today which I never do. So done with this BS.
