I am trying to not get my hopes up because I am still seeing people from early-mid April who haven't gotten theirs yet. I don't want to get my hopes up that ill hear back in 2-3 weeks but its hard not to!

Mine was may 6. I know my proposed rating and my va stuff was sent to the PEB but no other update than that so far.

Maybe i used the wrong word, the informal findings given to the PEB from the VA.

Good to know, the reason I ask is because mine was sent up 6 may but not accepted until 20 jul. I just got my preliminary findings back last week and was told to expect another 6 weeks or so. I should have 145 days with the PEB. and only like 47 with MO.

When you say 157 days with the PEB is that when your case was sent to the PEB or when it was accepted?

Correct, But for me it was important to hear the estimate because they said 100% which gets my hope up that even if the DoD doesn't rate me 30% ill have the 100 VA (hopefully) to be retired still.

keep an eye out on your VA.Gov, saw an open and closed claim last week on there and called my peblo and they had a projected rating for me.

Seems like you'll only be screwing yourself... I understand its frustrating and having a shitty PEBLO sucks but unfortunately we just have to play by their rules for now. Just my 2 cents

Did your peblo tell you what your preliminary findings are? Mine told me and warned me that is not a guarantee, but usually pretty close to the preliminary findings.

I noticed today in va.gov that I had a new claim that was closed and called my peblo about it, he said yah it was my proposed ratings and I should be hearing from him to come in like 6 weeks or so

Another update yesterday, PEBLO called me back after 6 weeks of waiting and said go ahead and wait 6 more weeks. He said that based off of his tracker mine has only been with the medical officer for 31 days. Based off of what I have been seeing on other posts on this forum, people at the end of...

Where are you guys seeing where it says its with the medical officer? The only thing I have seen is my "sent to board" and "accepted by board" on MOL.

Got called back by the PEBLO this morning, he said that based off of other people that are at 90+ days with nothing, I should expect to wait around 4-6 weeks... Again
