I haven't even remotely tried to slow the process down and I started in Sept 2024 and I am still not done yet. You should have no issues hitting your 20 and even like stated above you can push the responses out the maximum number of days and with the IMR rebuttals and extensions it should be easy.

It wo It won’t change the DOD rating just the VA one. Good thing is you get the medical retirement regardless. The sleep study could help push you over the 100% mark depending on how it comes out.

Keep it up! It’s never easy to admit there are issues and even harder to get help you are doing the best thing for yourself. I ask myself the same questions but then I remember the reasons why I keep going everyday and it helps.
