How long after agreeing with your findings does it take for your orders to be posted?

I am currently going through a MEB. Today, my case closed on VA.gov. My case is being sent over to the DOD for their ratings. How long does it take to hear back from the DOD? Just want to manage my expectations.

I called the VA today since I cannot see my MEB progress on va.gov. I was told I am now in the Preparation for Decision. I was wondering what the timeline looks like going forward from this point.
