I think they are actually still behind us. As in they haven’t actually gotten to the QA stage yet, because I’m fairly certain my DoD percentage is done. That’s why they said another 45 days after that. I’ve been in QA for 42 days.

Definitely not, navy and marine corps is the same in DC but the army’s is at Fort Sam Houston, in San Antonio.

I don’t think so. The army’s PEB is located in a different place. They do the same process but have different people take care of the paperwork

I called the PEB. Im probably another week out from results. He said they are currently working cases that have been in QA about 48 days and ive been there for 41 days. Maybe he is including time for the holidays in your results.

Since that was a Friday you’re probably a full two weeks behind me. Say the PEB got it that Monday it probably didnt get to QA until that wednesday or thursday.

My case has been with QA since October 5th. PEB accepted August 23rd. VA claim closed October 2nd. (I think since there was a delay on my exams they had already processed it)

You’re about a month behind me on your va case closing so that checks. If I get mine soon you’ll probably get them in mid-late December.

I was going to write something but I think we are on the same page. The PEB won't ask for ratings from the VA if they find you fit therefore you will never see them even though they will most likely still do the paperwork for them. But if the VA sent their ratings to the PEB you have probably...

Some of it might just be assumptions. The assumption is that the VA doesn't rate you if you aren't found unfit. They also possibly could have heard from their lawyer, peblo or MSC. I would say that if you have a 100% VA rating you've been found unfit, however the DOD only rates your referred...

Have you called your MSC? They may or may not be able to give you proposed ratings.

Have you logged into VA.gov? Are you Navy or marine corps?

I’ve been in QA since October 5th. Called the PEB this morning and he told me that i should have my findings by the end of this week and if not definitely by the end of next. He said they are actively working through their backlog and that there’s maybe 100 cases ahead of me.
