CUI is the classification on the message. All PERS messages are CUI. Has nothing to do with TDRL/PDRL other than all TDRL/PDRL messages are classified CUI.

Umm. Not an expert, I just know there wad an ALNAV released early 2023 that gives instructions on how to get access to the CUI subfolder. If you already have access, you should be able to see all the messages from NPC (and others) with the CUI classification. They'll be separate from routine...

I disagree with @Provis . On Navy side, there is a regulation that says that Reservists are required to report changes to their medical condition, in real time, and not doing so is punishable. It's a deployability thing. I don't know Army side, but it's reasonable to assume a similar regulation...

Only point of disagreement in the whole large post above. Disability percentage is essentially "how bad is it," and the determination is supposed to be IAW 38 CFR. TDRL vs PDRL is essentially "how stable is it," and that's more of a judgement call, especially if treatment is ongoing. For that...

Don't count on it. If you have orders, that's a big help, but if you haven't at least notified household goods office, and started the paperwork or notified them, you might not get reimbursed. I've seen a couple people get screwed that way. Look in the JTR for more guidance.

And TSC not getting you your orders in a timely manner is creating a hardship for you, because you cannot execute a move without your orders, unless you pay for it out of pocket. You won't get reimbursed if you move without orders.

You won't get 12 weeks added to the program just for paternity leave. Whether or not you can take leave while in the process will depend on where you are in the process and who needs you where.
