    That sounds about right.

How long does it take to get separation orders?

Welp. Don't know what to tell you. Based on reports here and other groups, the average timeline is 2-4 weeks from your signing before PEB even moves the index.

How long does it take to get separation orders?

Day 12 of what? 12 days since you signed your findings? Shit, it takes 10 to 14 days at the low end of the average scale just for PEB to index your findings and send them along.

What branch? They are all different.

    Navy Timeline and Question

Bad news doesn't get better with time. I'm not going to lie or hide it. Your separation authorization message gets sent as soon as PEB releases your index, within a couple of days. Your actual orders come from TSC Norfolk, and they don't even start working on those orders until you submit your...

How to access TDRL 6-month MH evaluation

For DON, I'm not aware of a programmatic way to get that documentation. The provider sends directly to PEB. I suppose you could contact the provider and ask if they'd send copy to you.

Don't trust the VA website to be correct until after you have left service. It is routinely and regularly Incorrect and not properly updated for members who are still in an active service status.

    Question

@JoelPettit One correction. I just learned this a few weeks ago, but while the Navy and Marine Corps, and I think the Coast Guard, have PEBLOs who work for the medical chain of command, the Army and Air Force, and I believe Space Force, are different. Their PEBLOs actually work for the line...

    Question

You can reach out to your MSC for details on VA progress, I believe. And, you can put in an ICE comment on your PEBLO. Also, Congressional inquiries do tend to help for protracted timelines when it appears your case has stalled or been lost. Just takes a little while to get a response...

No HHG move scheduled, retirement day coming up

If I read context correctly, he has his separation date, but no orders yet.

    Navy Timeline and Question

Ok. You sign your findings and send them back to PEB via your PEBLO. What does PEB do? Well, that have more admin, QA checks, etc. It takes a while. In the past it's 2-r4 weeks, but seems like it might be getting faster. Anyway, that's all internal to PEB. No-one can see it from the time they...
