Congratulations!! I am working on talking to my legal and either possibly accept the findings and request PLD or appeal it. I got 50% pdrl and 100% proposed, but i am short 5 months to hit my 20.

So got a proposed of 100% Va and 50% DOD, and found unfit to be in PDRL. I am at 19 yrs and 6 months. Would they actually retire me at 20? it did t say a date of separation on there I am assuming once I signed my findings. What are possibilities.

My package went to PEB already. and just randomly wento to login on VA website and saw a “View your disability rating” hyperlink and this came up. Does it mean that they have forwarded my stuff to VA for rating?

On IDES, logged into my VA account and says claims are closed. When do I expect the letter? it says i can download it but not there yet. Still waiting on NMA, and i feel like the PEB made a decision already. Could I be wrong?

Okay. Thank you I will check it tomorrow then. My command still have to do the NMA. Im 6 mos to my 20-yr mark and I’d like to be able to retire if they found me unfit. Although I still have 2 yrs in my contract.
