Yes, that changes things. The VA rater assigned to you determined your C&P exams were not adequate one way or another. So they kicked your claim back for more information.

No new separation or retirement orders are being cut for soldiers to outprocess until funding has been secured.

Just saw some news regarding the Army and apparently we are all stop lossed due to the shutdown. Army EXORD 001-26 (FRAGO) “Transitioning soldiers are to be extended 45 days past their ETS.”

If your claim is complete on the VA app it’s back in your branch of services hands.
