its the total pay dfas would give you if you didnt have va disability. i went with using this in the calculation vs high three due to accounting for inflation

no, at this time i didnt do excel, i wrote it in java script. i can make it an executable(like any program on windows. excel itself is an executable), but you could email that and it would work just like the online version if that would be helpful.
