Once the IPEB is done, they will complete the DA 199 and your PEBLO will send it to you to review and make your selections. Mine was completed about 3 days after I was informed that my IPEB was complete.

You would need to know the break down of that 90%. It would tell you what they rated and what percentage they rated each thing. Your DA 199 will show you that if you don't get that info from the VA or PEBLO.

Anyone have a timeframe on how long VARR's are taking at this point?

I'm told by the PEBLO 15-30 days. Just wondering if that holds true as I have seen some posts saying much longer waits.

VA requested IMO after I received my ratings letter and 199....Army NG

Wow, how did you know I was injured during combative? Additionally, odd that they requested IMO for the conditions I had LOD's for but not for the others that I didn't have LOD's

VA requested IMO after I received my ratings letter and 199....Army NG

Update MSC informs me that the VA requested the IMO to determine service connection. Doesn't make sense to me, but okay. The two injuries they requested an IMO for are lock solid LOD's for a combatives injury from BOLC.

VA requested IMO after I received my ratings letter and 199....Army NG

Any one ever have this happen? Got my 199 on 16 Nov. Today I got a letter in the mail from QTC saying that an appointment is scheduled but I do not have to attend. After calling them, I'm told the VA requested an IMO for two of my conditions. They said they could not tell me why the VA asked for...

It seems a technicality not sure it has any impact to me really. But since my DD214 is there and I am not AGR or active, there is no reason to propose ratings. Legal said it will not change anything but the date on my 199 since the PEB has to send it back to VA for rating again. I had most of...

How long is a P&C exam good for if done prior to MEB referral?

Army NG here. We have always been told that any exam over one year old will need to be redone. That is over a year prior to the MEB getting the information.

    MH/MST Timeline Inquiry

Lexapro, try looking at the CFR for "General Rating Formula for Mental Disorders". It will show you how the VA will rate your condition. If found unfit, then DoD will use VA ratings for your DoD rating...

    Presumption of fitness question

Unfortunately, I have seen this happen a few times. We had a 18Z SGM that was found fit with a bunch of perm2 profiles basically saying he could not do anything. He had 28 years in and the only thing we could figure out was that was the reason. He ended up retiring 100% VA. He did not have to...

0% for psoriasis...anyone else have issues like this?

I have already been working on collecting documents to support my VARR. If you end up in the same situation, let me know and I can provide you with what I have gathered already. I am being told that this "hiccup" will set me back another month at least. I am on day 225 as it is....

0% for psoriasis...anyone else have issues like this?

I would like to think it was an administrative error. As soon as i got my MEB I raised concerns with the exams. I emailed my MSC and stated what I was concerned about. He told me it should not matter when it came to ratings, but he would put a note in the system so that the rater would see...

0% for psoriasis...anyone else have issues like this?

I have psoriatic arthritis as well. That may be one of the issues since once the VA started prescribing my Humira they stated it was for the arthritis with no mention of psoriasis. That is why I want to know if the VA provides an explanation for the ratings. My psoriatic arthritis is pretty...

0% for psoriasis...anyone else have issues like this?

Well, you know my biggest issue. I guess in hindsight, I would have spelled out what Humira was on the forms QTC sent me and during the exam. I put Humira injection 40mg every two weeks since Mar 2019, but I guess I should have put immunosuppressive medication on there too. I hope you have been...

0% for psoriasis...anyone else have issues like this?

Contracted....QTC. This is one of many mistakes I noted. This one is just a big one with 60% on the line. I would think this is a simple fix with VARR but I do not know the VA's reason for rating 0%, I can only assume it was from this mistake.
