If you are talking about after the CP exams are complete then you will not be able to submit any new information for those exams. You can use that new information for a VARR or appeal if the findings are not to your liking.

I have seen enough NARSUM's that I felt comfortable skipping legal. I suggest if anything looks odd or you don't understand something, then to contact them. It should only take a couple of days.

I did not have them review. I know it was an option, but I was more concerned with getting my stuff moving along. I believe I have a good idea of my ratings as long as the PEB finds my five conditions unfitting.
