If you’re 100% P&T it won‘t change to my understanding. The laws can change (like Sleep Apnea changing from 50% to 10% soon) and as long as your claim was determined prior to change you are grandfathered at the original % granted.

Mine initiated March 30 and I just got my 199 to sign July 7th. My DBQs were complete and submitted on April 5th. This includes an expedite MFR submitted to PEB and an appeal to MEB findings that lasted a month because legal counsel is so backed up. Good luck!
