    That is helpful to know, I still think you must wait until 60, to be eligible for your cdrp. This is just my opinion. Now, if you have CRSC things, that maybe different and potentially entitle you to pay now, Maybe Ron or others, can give a clearer or better response.

    On the surface to me, It appears you must wait til you are age eligible, I think it is 60, for your guard pension, to the get cdrp then. I am assuming you did not medically retire and took a regular guard retirement 10 years ago.

    Usually you get a DD215, retirement orders and attach to any previous DD214 you have from prior periods.

    TDRL Reevaluation

    TDRL exam, should be done by Branch of service. When I had mine done (USMC), they flew me to Bethesda (Walter Reed) for pysch appt with naval doc. Afterwards went from TDRL to PDRL. They paid for the transportation costs as well. Save all receipts etc,

    If you were medically retired, you are a chapter 61 retiree. Your potential dfas retired pay is currently waived (off set), but you get the 100% VA pay instead.
