Wait, so your severence amount was on the last LES? Mine was just a normal LES but had the line under the deductions that subtracted the normal amount I get paid.

Just wanted to answer my own question regarding Tricare and TAMP. I received tamp for 180 days and I asked if that was just for me or for my whole family. The short answer is that if they were on your tricare when you were active duty then they will also receive 180 days of medical insurance...

So I went by work today since my PTDY was ending. I got my orders with a DOS 23Nov, that sucks because I have to go back to work now! Oh well I guess I'll have to put off being a civilian for a couple of months. I talked to the family readiness center today and he said according to my orders...

Man I wonder what the hold up is. I don't go back to work from PTDY until next week. I'm expecting to get out Oct 23-28 but who knows. I'm sure I won't really work again until I get out.

Congrats man! I didn't request any date nor did I have the opportunity... My PTDY was approved though so I'll figure it all out when I get back to work on 8 September! Do you know when we get our severance? I'm guessing not until after we get out sometime.

Thanks! The PEBLO said that she go three back today that were all very fast. She said this is about as fast as she has ever seen them. Also, she said that by February it would be back to six months because they always get way behind because of the holidays. Good luck to you. I'll update...

So when I actually signed the papers today I got 20% not 10 like I origanally thought. I know that doesn't make a difference as far as my severance goes. My peblo said that they would base my orders off of 20 days permissive tdy, 20 days to outprocess plus how much leave you have for terminal...

I just got a call from my PEBLO and my IPEB is already back! She said they are going fast right now. I am getting a severance with a 10% rating. I'm not mad about it! She said my stuff was sent to AFPC on June 28 which is news to me. I have my appointment with the peblo at three.

Well, next week I am going on leave for a couple of weeks and when I get back my PEB will have been at AFPC for two months. I know that the current timeline is about 3-4 months but I am so ready to find out something. I got a call from the clinic Friday saying that they had reviewed my records...
