Submitted all my pre sep stuff on friday and got Retirement date today, 25 May I am done finally. Orders should be in hand by tomorrow.

You can update mine, MEB or IPEB, pretty much burnt out at this point lol..but final step done and completed today after winning my VARR, now just awaiting orders

How did you find out your VARR had a rater assigned? My VARR was submitted monday but nothing on the website or when showing up when I call the VA.

Yea i signed everything and sent my stuff to the peblo and got the myfss email a couple hours later saying my board is 27 feb for the informal board, which my odc lawyer said we will waive and then we have 6 days to submit evidence for the varr.

I got my dod rating and paperwork Jan 13, odc lawyer advised for VARR due to that I should be 70% for my unfitting condition instead of the 50 they gave me. DBQ was filled out incorrectly and i have years of medical evidence to back it up.

Has anybody done a VARR and how long did it take and what was the result?

i got my first myfss email nov 19, gov shutdown put a halt to things for a bit. And yea i got two of the most incompetent examineers for my MH and general exams...its all good though I got like 3000 pages of medical records to use when I appeal. And another nice thing is my unit has its own doc...

Got results monday from IPEB, 50% DOD/80% VA, med retirement. ODC Lawyer advised me to request a board and then we are going to deny the board and do a VARR because he believes I deserve 70% for MH and I agree with. Had sleep study done just awaiting results so hopefully CPAP and MH up to 70...

VA finally updated, now a second claim has popped up and showing closed Jan 9th. MSC said peblo should get BEL this week, hopefully process can finally move along.

Proposed 80%, but they screwed me over some things because my examineers filled out stuff incorrectly. Only gave me 50% for MH, should be 70%, gave me 10% for my back and should be more, gave me 0% for IBS, should be 30%, 0% for knee pain which should be more. Nothing like having 2700 pages of...

I am in the same boat as you. Asked peblo today and she said still "Pending DRAS" Only thing I can think of making mine take a little bit is the conditions I am being medboarded for the VA didn't give me a rating for and went off the diagnosis the examiner gave me. Just playing the waiting game.

When you received your IPEB results, was that through PEBLO or email from the IPEB folks? Curious because my PEBLO is out of office until next week. Anxiety is driving me nuts.

That does help. My MH exam he didnt check boxes on multiple things like SIs, sleep issues despite me telling him i get 2-3 hours a night at best and wake up constantly and have nightmares despite being on meds for both issues. For MH they just give you whatever condition MH wise is the highest basically. So say you get 70 percent for PTSD, 50 for MDD, 30 for insomnia, you are just gonna get 70 percent. I dont think from what I have read they combine them all, its pretty much whatever your highest MH is gets is what...
