Hmmm odd because I zip filed mine and sent it to the army and was accepted. Maybe a case by case? But better safe than sorry.

So how I did mine was in in 4 separate emails labeled with what was in each email (da99, cib, deployment order..ect) with a email tag 1/4, 2/4 etc..with full name and last 4 of social… now to compact the files use adobe reader and zip file them down. This works best if you have your health...

Update: Retro pay hit my my pay account today

30MAY25- emailed CRSC packet in 30May25- HRC confirmation of packet and sent to proper office for processing -No 60 day letter or email 08SEP25- CRSC approval letter in iperms. 22Sep25- First payment showed up for monthly comp No retro pay active yet- pending

Yeah I just checked my MyPay and effective date confirms 01APR22

I thought as much. Some get it before their pay but since it’s been 3 plus years I’m sure mine will take time

So you are in the same boat as me. They need more time to review or audit your dfas account as I’m sure you have a bigger amount of retro paid owed.

Iam surprised they did not give you your due as you retired as a Colonel. It seems weird. Did you apply past the six year mark I assume?

Did you happen to get any more information on this subject. I’m 3 years out and mine is stamped for 30MAY25. Trying to see if I get all my retro or just back dated to 30MAY25. My effective date says APR22, if that helps.
