https://cms.mods.army.mil/cms/protected/report/soldierDashboard.aspx is the link to access the soldier IDES dashboard. It no longer works. Also you cannot go through AKO since they shut down the classic. Does anyone have any information on how to get to it?
Hello! When you first get to MEB the VA rep should have done the WHOLE claim with you. You should be able to still do the claim with a different VA rep if yours isnt repsonding.
