Just got the peb back and was reduced from 50 percent to 30 percent pdlr. My question is would this rating effect my va rating at all if i accept?

I was medically retired Jan 17 2017 at 50% from the DOD and 80% from the VA. I haven't heard from anyone about my 18 month evaluation which would've been in May. I have confirmed with the people at Fort Hood as well as through the online portal that my address, phone number, and email are up to...
