I'm with SquishedToast, I was called last week on 12 May 2022 that they hadn't made a determination and it was up at the PO for finalization. Any idea how long the step has taken for most of you at the PO stage? When I asked my PEBLO he just stated "2-3 weeks maybe more". Also hopefully receiving something soon. 18 FEB 2021 with the PEB.
They gave you plenty of time, right. Wow.
I called the VA like 4 different times asking them to email me my ratings decision letter. The first 3 times they said no. The 4th time they just emailed them.
You shouldve went to your VA MSC and they wouldve printed it out
VA MSC told me it was not final until my DD214 was signed, so he would not provide. DES Lawyer would not provide it. PEBLO would not provide it. They all gave me some version of "this is a proposed rating, it is not final, so we will not share it".
Thats so bad on their part. They suck. My peblo and va msc did their job.
I called the VA again today (4th time) and he told me that they don't give out "proposed ratings" and will not provide until I get my dd214.
Just be polite, say thanks, and hang up. Eventually you will get through to someone who doesn't know, or doesn't care - and they'll send you it.
My peblo called me the other day and said that it has moved from the MO to the PO. i pretty much call my Peblo weekly to try to get an update. Most times he says it’s been accepted by the PEB, but this time he said “one officer said I was fit/ the other officer said I was unfit, gotta go to the PO to be the tiebreaker”. So we will see what happens.

MO Date was 14 April. Presiding Officer date was 19 April. I got the call on 10 May.
