Adjudication Complete

And see Dre27 the PDBR sent my packet to the Army, which is ARBA on April 14 and everytime I write PDBR they keep telling me they sent it to the Army and to start my 120 days but when I called PDA they said the 120 days doesn't start until PDA gets it and that nothing has been sent to them. Now mind u PDA ARBA AND PDBR are all n like 1 office. Will keep posting
ok, thanks... im bout tired of it all and thinking of contacting my state rep. to push this issue.

Ok a new update. I got an email from ARBA stating that they just recived my packet. My packet id changed from a PD2013 to AR2016. It also stated that it has been considered by the PDBR and sent to the Army Review Boards Agency for final review and approval by the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Review Boards). Once the review is completed, you will be notified of the decision.
What decision? I thought that is what PDBR was to do, make the decision and ARBA and PDA was to make changes to orders and push paperwork forward. I have no clue, im lost for words.

The below is what I received earlier this morning...their reply to my email from earlier this week. I did reply back requesting some sort of timeline (3-6mths, year, etc) to manage my expectations so I'll report back here with that if/when I receive it.
=============================
Mr. Hall, We have received your application and it has been assigned case number AR2016xxxxxxx. The staff of the Board will review the application to ensure it complies with applicable statutes and governing Army regulations before presentation to the Board.

We process over 24,000 applications a year and we want to make sure each one is thoroughly analyzed and reviewed. To be fair to all, the ADRB processes applications in the order received with limited exceptions. The ADRB will notify you of the Board's decision by separate correspondence.

Sincerely,

The Army has the right to agree or disagree with the decision the Air Force has made to my understanding.

When I talk with Al yesterday, he almost made it sound like they always take the recommendation of the board. Really at that point, what could they come back with to combat it?

Yeah your right, but it wouldnt be smart in my case. I was one of the one from Frot Bragg that wasnt out processed right. My traumatic even happened in Afghanistan, was given Seroquel and Celexa while deployed and then they turned around and sent me to Germany and back to state side where the Army put me WTB was in there for a year but spent most of my time at home cuz the meds the Army gave me was very strong where I could crash from falling a sleep. Then when I got out. Th ey never put PTSD as a discharge and I went to a phyic doc that still gave me meds but still didnt diagnosis me until i got. So when i got to the VA, and they seen my records they where like oh no. Seroquel and Celexa is what we use to medicate PTSD vets. Even during my deployment medical records the Va say where I was given the meds n Afghanistan and seen several notes that added up to PTSD but the Army said mental disorder.

In your case your right, I believe they give you what you deserve considering the facts. I guess all we can do is pray, so once the Army gets the case then they supposedly have 120 days?

Well here's a status update I emailed the pdbr and they said my case was sent to the Army. I feel a lil better now.

dre27, email [email protected] and inquire if they have received your packet yet. Some have had luck (me being one) with them at least responding back acknowledging that they have in fact received your packet and will give you your AR2016XXXX number. At least that way you have a bit more info...Good Luck!

Yeah!! I finally got a response from the Army and a change to my case number like the the others to AR2016XXXX.

I to have received my AR 2016 on June 22. Thats good news. Now the big question is. Well we have to wait the 120 days?

Awesome! I forgot about the 120day processing...which seems extremely long for a rubber stamp process of them taking the PDBR recommendation. When the adjudication website was up, it was obvious it was boiler plate because they all looked exactly the same from the Army. Hopefully we all get favorable results since this has taken so long.

Have a great day everyone!

I know that everyone got an email saying the Army recvied there packet with a new number but I just called today and there still telling me that they havent recived my packet yet. What is going on in there office?

It took 6 months before I got an email.

I got an email on june 22 with a AR2016. So I waited 2 weeks, and when I called yesterday, their telling me that they dont have my paperwork.
I would believe that the AR2016 number came from them in-processing it at the Army Review Board...the PDBR doesn't assign that number. If you talked with Al in the PDA office, he has told me that he's near the end of the process...so if he doesn't have your number AR# in his queue yet, that doesn't necessarily mean that your packet is not in the "process." I believe I got my email around the same time as you giving me my AR#. I replied back asking for ANY sort of timeline of how long it will take before I hear something and I haven't heard back yet. When/if I do, I'll be sure to report back here but in my experience in the gov't it's at least 90days if not longer...more like the 120days that I've read on this board. After ~2yrs in the "process" I'm just happy that it's finally in a different part of it.

Have a great day everyone!
