After signing findings

I signed my findings yesterday, July 8. I took my paperwork to the S-1 and medical.
What do I do now (aside from wait on my EAS to populate.) Do I take it to IPAC? Who decides when you can start con leave?

They were super vague about everything post-signing the findings.

Thanks!

You need to see your outbound section at your IPAC.

Have you had any communication with MMSR? They will be the ones who determine your EAS and I have heard from some that they give you a window of time and run your EAS/ECC Based on that.

Once your EAS has posted to MCTFS/MOL then you can fill out the outbound interview in MOL, figure out what days of PTAD, Terminal Leave etc that you can take through the admin guys at Outbound.

I was told not to go to outbound until your eas posted?

It never hurts to make contact with them and get any check out sheets or anything you might need to start getting checked out. You will have to wait until your EAS posts to fill out your Outbound interview yes but you could at least talk to them and see what you will need.

Good idea. I'm trying to only have my out bound interveiw left after my eas hits. Cause i have like 35 days of leave then us the 20 days ptad they give us.

Just a heads up, I called MMSR about the dates ... they said they won't even get any more indexes for at least another two weeks...

What sense does that make? Why do they send index's in batches rather than one at a time ? Wish I could work like that...

Keep in mind that you can use the 20 days PTAD in conjunction with the weekends i.e. Mon-Fri if you are staying in the local area.

Where is this Outbound section?
I'm still waiting on ratings, but my commander is supposed to be letting me do as much clearing as possible beforehand. I'd like to do whatever, pick up whatever as early as possible.

The MSGT at IDES told me it only takes three days for them to give you an index number is this not true. I signed for my findings July 14th an just figured I already have an index number by now? Should I call and ask?
