Air Force IDES Timeline (Wanting to continue service)

That is awesome! Congratulations! Did they say why it took so long? I heard from captain Hebert (my attorney) they were doing a switch over of personnel currently. I wonder if that is why?
They didn't say why but this was at the AFPC level and not the OAC. AFPC is just known to be always behind and probably overworked...I'm sure things will get back to normal soon, at least I hope.

Update!
Just a follow up on how things went.
I stayed where I was and never PCS'd, however I did receive 3 sets of orders (Korea, Guam, Ft Meade) and they were all cancelled by medical.
If it was more than a year out then you get a final MEB and go through all the ringers again.

August 2022 - 2nd MEB started
October 2022 - Completed VA Exams again (added more items to claim this round, 28 total)
December 2022 - Results from new MEB 40% DOD and 90% VA ( I am appealing some claims, should get to 100%)
January 2023 - Received retirement orders
July 2023 - Retired 20 years 2 days
1 October 2023 - VA pay started ( with held pay for audit)
1 November 2023 - AF Retirement Pay started with back pay
