TLDR:
Is a company level commanders reccomendation to seperate considered a "pending voluntary or involuntary administrative seperation" as far as block 2 section 2 of the commanders statement (da form 7652) is concerned?
Context:
Im active duty army and finished my va exams recently. I was approved for MEB but was told its being held back because my commander put that I am currently being separated on block 2, section 2 of the commanders statement (da form 7652). The issue is that the seperation in question is a reccomendation she made in February while I was inpatient, because of that their is no documents and nothing to dispute, I am being told to just wait until the seperation reccomendation is approved and I recieve the packet and then to dispute it, but that will likely increase my time in the military by 3 months.
And thank you to anyone who awnsers, I've gone to 3 jag offices, a TDS office, and a legal counsel office and I've got nothing to show for it.
