I went to FPEB and tried to have a condition added. They said no. I was originally going to fight for RTD but my cc had concerns about my shoulder. Since they have said my shoulder isnt unfitting would it be stupid to try for RTD at this point? Im working a civilian job on top of my mil job which should show that i can do my job still. The only reason i didnt fight for RTD the first time was because my leadership kept bringing up my shoulder. I have 18+ years in.
