I am in the early stages of the IDES process and hoping I can get ahead of things by preparing an appeal, assuming the informal PEB will come back stating I am not fit for duty. Does anyone have a template they could share with me to get started? I dont want to feel stressed out when they say I have like 5 days to come back with an appeal and have zero clue how it should look. If anything, does anyone have any advice as far as what I should include, what format to write it in, etc? I REALLY appreciate any incite!

Perhaps by drafting up your recent contributions, IF the day comes you could have legal counsel help you with a final version.
