For those with little ones.

"Dr. Thompson is referring to the CDC’s vaccine-autism fraud which has been a decade-long cover up and has put millions of infants at risk. Infants, especially African-American boys, were willfully exposed to a high risk of autism from the MMR vaccine – if the vaccine was administered too early."

Thats a touchy subject. Measles Mumps and Rubella or autisim;

Measles
  • Measles virus causes rash, cough, runny nose, eye irritation, and fever.
  • It can lead to ear infection, pneumonia, seizures (jerking and staring), brain damage, and death.
Mumps
  • Mumps virus causes fever, headache, muscle pain, loss of appetite, and swollen glands.
  • It can lead to deafness, meningitis (infection of the brain and spinal cord covering), painful swelling of the testicles or ovaries, and rarely sterility.
Rubella (German Measles)
  • Rubella virus causes rash, arthritis (mostly in women), and mild fever.
  • If a woman gets rubella while she is pregnant, she could have a miscarriage or her baby could be born with serious birth defects.
These diseases spread from person to person through the air. You can easily catch them by being around someone who is already infected.
Measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine can protect children (and adults) from all three of these diseases.
Thanks to successful vaccination programs these diseases are much less common in the U.S. than they used to be. But if we stopped vaccinating they would return.

I agree, it is a touchy subject.

"MMR vaccine side-effects
(Measles, Mumps, and Rubella)
What are the risks from MMR vaccine?
A vaccine, like any medicine, is capable of causing serious problems, such as severe allergic reactions.

The risk of MMR vaccine causing serious harm, or death, is extremely small.

Getting MMR vaccine is much safer than getting measles, mumps or rubella.

Most people who get MMR vaccine do not have any serious problems with it.

Mild Problems

  • Fever (up to 1 person out of 6)
  • Mild rash (about 1 person out of 20)
  • Swelling of glands in the cheeks or neck (about 1 person out of 75)
If these problems occur, it is usually within 7-12 days after the shot. They occur less often after the second dose.

Moderate Problems

  • Seizure (jerking or staring) caused by fever (about 1 out of 3,000 doses)
  • Temporary pain and stiffness in the joints, mostly in teenage or adult women (up to 1 out of 4)
  • Temporary low platelet count, which can cause a bleeding disorder (about 1 out of 30,000 doses)
Severe Problems (Very Rare)

  • Serious allergic reaction (less than 1 out of a million doses)
  • Several other severe problems have been reported after a child gets MMR vaccine, including:
    • Deafness
    • Long-term seizures, coma, or lowered consciousness
    • Permanent brain damage"

I’m not saying its wright or wrong but the article where he is talking he gives a very important point about the virus and how dangerous it is.
“I want to be absolutely clear that I believe vaccines have saved and continue to save countless lives. I would never suggest that any parent avoid vaccinating children of any race. Vaccines prevent serious diseases, and the risks associated with their administration are vastly outweighed by their individual and societal benefits.”

In the other article it talks about a connection between the vaccine age and autism but I feel as if you are taking some sort of statistical data and matching it up together to find a result you are looking for. I’m not say there isn’t a problem here but I don’t think there is enough information to make that decision yet.

“Dr. Thompson revealed that the report, which has been used by the CDC to deny any MMR-autism connection, was indeed a fraud. The truth is that there is a connection between the age at which an infant receives the MMR vaccination and whether or not a child is more prone to develop autism. Certainly, there are genetic factors and environmental factors (such as pesticides) that come into play when it comes to autism. However, shouldn't parents have the right to know that the age at which the MMR vaccine is administered might also be a contributing factor?”
Check out this website about autism, it talks about the causes.

Hawkeye thanks for the information I worked in preventative medicine for a few years so I used to be pretty savvy on this stuff not I do admin so I’m not a in tune to it.
I will do some more research and see if I can find anything else out. Lol I’ve got a kid on the way and I want to make sure it isn’t screwed up like me J
This really sucks because autism is something we are trying really hard to find a cause for at the same time you have MMR which is fatal and can cause worse things in my opinion.
Lol you just can’t win.

Corelation does not mean causation.

Ice cream causes violence. Statistically they are linked. However, a thinking person will realize that heat causes both a spike in ice cream sales and violence. The causation makes sense in one scenario, even though both have a correlation.

Vaccines and autism are statistically linked. However so is medical research, which actually explains the rise in autism diagnoses, where as there is no logical mechanism that a vaccine would cause autism. Autism is also hard to diagnose and is best diagnosed early. So if they have better access to healthcare early on it is likely they will both get vaccines and access to a doctor that might diagnose autism.

There are lies, damned lies and statistics. Do not replace statistics for a understanding of causation.

Hell, the same could be said about Crohn's and THAT was covered up. I have been in touch with a few docs that were on the vaccination development panel. Crohn's activation (I don't believe the vaccine causes but activates certain epigenetics based on other research in links between dysyntery and crohn's) occurred in 7% of those vaccinated within the first series of doses. Case in point, Isreal's pilot program has a stark 15% activation rate. All 93 received compensation in court but only 13 have Crohn's. They all have medical issues but 13 have been confirmed with Crohn's. Viruses, bacteria, and disease are natures way of lowering an excessive population. It sucks, but if we over cure... we will create the next epidemic. I am for vaccines but at the same time... I am against. Depends on the likelihood of the disease.

100% of people who aren't witches don't float. That statistical fact doesn't illustrate anything about a valid means of testing for witches.

You can choose to believe that autism and vaccines are connected. Using statistics to support that believe as logically valid is idiotic.

Until someone proposes a realistic way the vaccine can act upon someone to cause autism it is simply scare mongering of the basest sort. Crohns and vaccines, you already have a specific gene and its the interaction of that gene with specific vaccines that makes it a valid theory.

I doubt vaccines have an affect on autism. Until there is a definitive link between Autism and epigenetics (not as much research on that path... but it could be plausible with rises in areas due to radiation exposure and agent orange...) you can't even establish a logical correlation. Right now it is coincidental and anecdotal. Once the correlation with epigenetics is studied... then you can actually engineer better vaccines that do not target said epigenetics. I can take just about any shot but anthrax and the flu vaccine. So far, the only definitive compound in medicine that makes me feel like crap that I found was ethyl mercury. The link of ethyl mercury and autism was already disproven but it can have a marked effect on epigenes. Testosterone has an effect on epigenes by making 3rd and subsequent male children in a family more androgynous to protect the mother from cancers... The controls for genetic activation are an interesting area of study.
