Update:
15 March- NARSUM being worked on now. Received a call to ask a few questions about it
Looking on the E-benefits website, it says my claim is in the preparation for decision stage. Just waiting on my NARSUM to review. Last contact was on Tuesday with the MEB representative at the hospital.

Thanks this is great information knowing that the process can take a while I was referral March 15th and was assigned a IDES rep March 18th
I've been stressing this process with all that's going on with me knowing that you have to be accepted into the program was shocked because I wasn't aware of that I have mental and physical issues along with having surgery back in Oct I was on con leave for 60 days I am still going through PT at evans. I hoping to hear something back by the end of April if I have been accepted

Does that signify anything about the fit/unfit determination? Or is that just the VA telling you they are almost done w/ your ratings?
At least they're working on Good Friday?
Also does eBenefits work for you? Or are you following VA.gov?
Mine did that when they had finished my proposed ratings. I'd check on ebenefits and you should be able to see the document with your proposed ratings.
It means they finished their proposed ratings and sent them to the PEB
When this happened to me, I called the va and got my overall rating. They’re not supposed to tell you but if you get the right person they will tell you.
