Great to hear you finally received your PDRL message. Your separation package is mainly for your DD-214 that TSC will draft up as well as your hard copy orders. As for terminal it will have to be routed up to the XO and PTDY will only go to the department head. If you route you PTDY and terminal now it should be back within in two weeks (well before the 20th) because admin/personell will need to submit your approved leave with your separation package as well. For the 1900/1 did you let them know it was for medical retirement not regular retirement. Because when I went in they signed my off without an appointment. I had to get a annual done for dental tho. You should have everything done by the 20th and shouldn't have to return to work until you are officially out. Hope this helps.....the wait is finally over.

Thank you and yah I told them it was for medical retirement/med board and they said even then I need a virtual appointment but weirdly enough dental just signed it on the spot so idk backwards for us i guess. As far as my leave goes I don't know why but my CPPA is insisting everything has to be done and ready for sales force prior to submitting it because the CO has to approve even though its only 27 days.

I am assuming you are Navy from your account name. If so, unless instructions has changed in the last month or it's the way the command routes terminal. PTDY DO NOT go to the CO, it is routed the same way as house hunting when you PCS. Only to the DH. Once approved you will take it to admin/personell so they can draft your no cost orders. Anything over 30 days of terminal will go to the CO. With you only taking seven days of terminal it will go to the XO, like I said unless that is how the command has it that all terminal go to the CO. I would verify with your LPO in regards to the routing of both because they will be the first to lay eyes on it.
